We are kicking off a week's worth of celebration for National Park Week, April 17-25, 2021, with our second annual virtual Grand Canyon Conservancy Trailblazer event.

The goal of this event is to raise $50,000 for important projects at Grand Canyon National Park like trail maintenance, digital educational content, wildlife protection, and the transformation of Desert View into an Inter-tribal Cultural Heritage Site.

You do not have to be at Grand Canyon to participate, all trailblazers are welcome to join no matter where you are. All registered participants will receive a commemorative Trailblazer t-shirt, courtesy of Wild Tribute. If you are trailblazing in a National Park on Saturday, April 17, all park entrance fees are waived.

The more money you raise, the more prizes you can earn:

  • Be a Bright Angel Trailblazer and raise $100 – you receive a Trailblazer sticker
  • Be a South Kaibab Trailblazer and raise $250 – you receive the sticker plus a Trailblazer patch
  • Be a North Kaibab Trailblazer and raise $500 – you receive the sticker, patch, and a Grand Canyon Map Bana
  • Be a Rim-to-Rim Trailblazer and raise $1,000 – you receive the sticker, patch, bana, and Trails Forever hat
Want to get away from...everything? Four Peaks has partnered with Boho Camper Vans to give away an all-inclusive, four-day van excursion in a camper van loaded with beer, gas money, and everything else you might need to quench your thirst for adventure to the grand prize Trailblazer.

As you Trailblaze from wherever you choose, we will be sharing views and videos as if you were hiking at Grand Canyon National Park.

Tag Grand Canyon Conservancy in your trailblazing photos and use #GCCTrailblazer in your posts to connect with fellow trailblazers and get featured on our channels.
